Payment Terms: Net 30 days upon credit approval. Payments not received by the due date are subject to a 1.5% per month late payment charge. First orders, custom orders and large orders may require a deposit or prepayment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Wire Transfers and Company Checks.

Shipping: We will use the method of best discretion unless otherwise specified on purchase order. Orders placed before 12noon same day from in stock items will typically ship same day depending on the size of order and production que in house. Custom orders will ship within a reasonable amount of time, purchase orders without in hand dates indicate will be completed within 5 business days. In hand dates must be stated to ensure orders are done in a timely matter.

Customer is responsible for all transportation risks including the filing, if necessary, of any claims for loss or damage. LST cannot be liable for delays in delivery or product availability due to shipping or natural disasters.

Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled with written factory authorization prior to imprinting or production. LST will invoice for all parts and labour used prior to the cancellation date.

Returns: Only non-imprinted merchandise in its original factory cartons, which is subject to a 15% restocking charge, will be accepted. All returns must be reported to LST for proper credit and must be received at the factory within 30 days of receipt of order.

Other: Inventory levels fluctuate and items get discontinued from time to time. Please call for up to date inventory status. Please use model number and description when inquiring about and ordering all products. Pricing subject to change without notice.

When placing an order please submit your art to lousilverlaser@rogers.com with the Purchase Order # in the subject line.

Artwork Requirements: We require the following file types for sublimation or laser engraving:

Corel Draw/Adobe Illustrator vector artwork is preferred.
Please save as an CDR or EPS or AI file. Be sure to convert all text to curves/outlines. Versions Corel Draw 12/Adobe Illustrator CS3 or lower

Unsupported art file formats: QuarkXpress, Pagemaker, InDesign and Freehand.

Note: Microsoft Office programs (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, Excel, etc.) are not graphics programs and will not be recognized.

Embroidery
For already digitized files, we require Tajima DST files. If digitizing services are required, please send in art in the acceptable file formats listed above for the other methods.
